Grapes ripened profusely throughout the Okanagan Valley.
 
Starlings by the hundreds who scavenge unprotected vineyards can destroy a crop of grapes within minutes.
Although viewing the birds through the window appears intimidating they are truly beautiful to watch
as they perform unusual styles of flight formations
